  1. may try WOD days: Friday, Sat, Sunday, Monday rest days being: Tues/Wed/Thurs since i'll play volleyball 2 of those 3 days (moderate activity)

    i don't think this will work as far as muscle recovery and still have effective WODS, but i'll try :-) R
