Rachael's Crossfit WOD Log 11/13/09

4 rounds of:

25 sit ups
400 meter run
20 step ups each leg (18 in box w/ 12 lb medicine ball)
20 dumbbell cleans each arm (20#)

additional strength:
10 back squats (x2) (30#)
10 air squats (x2)
10 bar cleans (45#)

Time of WOD: 55 mins.
